应用家蝇检测蔬菜中的农药残毒 被引量:4

TESTING RESIDUAL TOXICITY OF INSECTICIDES ON VEGETABLES WITH SUSCEPTIBLE HOUSE FLY(Musa domestica)

摘要 应用敏感家蝇(Musadomestica)法,测定了几种杀虫剂在小白菜(Brassicacampestrisvar.chinensis)上的残毒动态。测定结果表明,苏云金杆菌(B.t.)、杀虫双(Dimehypo)、抑太保(Cholrfluazuron)在药后对象蝇不表现(急性)残毒;税勃特(Fipronil)、杀虫素(Abamectin)在药后初期有一定的残毒,但很快消失;氰戊菊酯(Fenvalerate)、氯氰菊酯(Cypermethrin)、喹硫磷(Quinalphos)、万灵(Methomyl)则表现对象蝇毒性较高,残毒期相对较长。应用最小平方法拟会了供试农药在小白菜上的残毒大小与时间的关系。监测了上海市西郊梅桥园艺场五种成品蔬菜上的农药残毒情况,结果未发现残毒超标现象。 Dynamics of residual toxicity of some insecticides on Brass ica campestris var.chinensis was measured with a susceptible strain of house fly. The results showed that Bacillus thuringiensis,Dimehypo and Cholrfluazuron nearly have no residual acute toxicity to the house fly;at the early stage after spraying,Abamectin and Fipronil have some residual toxicity which will disappear soon; and comparatively,Fenvalerate,Cypermethrin,Quinalphos and Methomyl have high residual toxicity and long residual duration. With the minimum square method, the relations between time (hours)after spraying and residual toxicity on Brassica campestris var. chinensis were fitted. Five species of vegetables from Meiqiao Horticultural Farm were checked and no products with excessive residual toxicity were found.
