摘要 本文通过对工作满意度这一概念的介绍,明确了它的研究起源以及各种不同类型的定义;并详细探讨了工作满意度的前因和结果变量;最后具体说明了工作满意度的测量方法,包括印象方法、指导式的面谈、非指导式的面谈、结构式问卷法、非结构式问卷法。在用问卷法测量中,又分单构面测量和多构面测量介绍了几种著名的量表,有利于实践的采用。
