摘要
我国玉米种质资源较丰富,但遗传基础狭窄,玉米杂交种所用的自交系主要集中在少数几个骨干自交系。因此,玉米种质资源的创新是当今研究的重点领域之一。概述了玉米种质创新的技术与策略,分析和评价了其在玉米种质创新中的实际应用。
There were a lot of maize resource in China,but their genetic basis was narrow.The line that crossed hybrids focused on a few inbred lines of maize.The creation of germplasm in maize was still a hot filed.In this paper,many methods were introduced to create germplasm resource of maize.
