摘要
目的:观察复方阿胶浆(主要由阿胶、红参、熟地、党参、山楂等中药组成)对中药联合顺铂类化疗方案治疗非小细胞肺癌的骨髓保护作用。方法:将30例中晚期肺癌患者随机分为两组,治疗组(化疗+复方阿胶浆)和对照组(单纯化疗),观察两组化疗后患者的临床症状的改善、卡氏评分分级、瘤体的变化情况、骨髓毒性分级情况以及治疗后白细胞恢复正常所需的时间。结果:症状缓解情况、卡氏评分分级方面,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗组未出现III、IV期骨髓抑制,I、II期骨髓抑制也少于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组白细胞恢复正常所需时间也短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:复方阿胶浆可以改善患者临床症状,提高生活质量,防治化疗导致的骨髓抑制,缩短骨髓恢复时间,有利于化疗按时完成。
Objective ： To investigate the protective effects of compound E Jiao Jiang （ mainly composed with donkey - hide glue, prepared rhizome of rehmannia, crab apple and so on. ） on bone marrow in Platinum - based combination chemotherapy for nonsmall - cell lung cancer. Methods ： Thirty patients with advanced nonsmall - cell lung cancer were randomized into two groups. The trial group was treated with compound E Jiao Jiang in combination with chemotherapy, and the control group was administered with chemotherapy alone. After chemotherapy, several indexes were observed in two groups, including clinical symptom, grade of Kamofsky performance score, tumor size, ranking of myelosuppression and recovery time of leukocyte. Results ： The total therapeutic effect in treatment group was better than that of in control group. Compared to control group, the scores of the clinical symptom and grade of Kamofsky performance increased sig- nificantly （ P 〈0.05）. No myelosuppression, grade Ⅲ/ⅣVwas found in trial group, while myelosuppression, grade Ⅰ/ Ⅱ was also lower compared to the control group （ P 〈0.01 ）. Recovery time of leukocyte in treatment group was shorter （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions ： Compound E Jiao Jiang can improve clinical symptom, elevate quality of life, prevent and cure bone marrow depression caused by chemotherapy, shorten recovery time of haematogenesis.
