摘要
目的：建立一种可测定痢必灵片中芍药苷含量的RP-HPLC方法。方法：采用Hypersil-BDSC18（200mm×4．6mm，5μm）为色谱柱；流动相为乙腈-0．1％磷酸溶液（15：85）；检测波长为230nm；柱温：40℃；流速为1．0mL／min；峰面积外标法定量。结果：芍药苷在39．84～796．80pg／mL范围内呈良好的线性关系，（r=0．9999）。平均回收率为100．2％；RSD：1．2％。结论：方法简便，快速，准确可靠，可作为该制剂的质控方法。
Objective ：To eatablish an HPLC method for determining the content of paeoniflorin in Libiling tablets. Methods ：Hypersil BDS C18（200 ×4.6mm,5μm ） was used, acetonitrile -0.1% phosphric acld（85：15） was used as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 230nm and the flow rate was 1.0mL - min-l. External standard method was used. Results ：Paeoniflorin concentration presented a good linear range of 39.84 - 796.80g/mL（ r = 0.9999） ,the aver- age recovery was 100.2% ,RSD = 1.2%. Conclusion ：The method is simple, rapid and accurate for quality control of the oreoaration.
