摘要
目的:探讨止泻奇效散的制备工艺和质量标准。方法:该制剂中主要中药成分的定性鉴定用显微鉴定法,主要有效成分的鉴定用薄层层析法,葛根的含量测定用高效液相色谱法。结果:该制剂制备工艺合理,质量稳定、可控。结论:本方法简便易行,准确可靠,重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective ： Probe into preparation technology and quality standards of Zhixie Qixiao Powder. Methods ： The qualitative identification of the main Chinese drugs of the preparation can be identified with microscopic identification; the available composition can be identified with thin layer chromatography （TLC） ; the assaying of Radix Puerariae can be identified with high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC）. Results ： The preparation technology of this pharmaceutics is reasonable, its quality is steady and controllable. Conclusion ：This method is easy to operate, accurate and reliable; its reappearance is good and can be used to control quality.
