摘要
总结前人经验,结合现代研究成果,探讨咳嗽变异性哮喘的发病特点和治疗用药规律。主张对咳嗽变异性哮喘应采用宣肃肺气司其升降、疏肝理脾调畅气机、酸甘缓急祛风止痉、运脾祛痰绝病之源、清热解毒养阴润肺的组方用药原则。
To summarize the experiences of predecessors and combine the modem research achievements, then to discussion the characteristics and the rules in drug usages of the variable asthma of cough. To consider using these prescrip- tion principals： to ventilate lung Qi upward and direct it downward, to soothe the liver and regulate the spleen for remo- ving the Qi mechanism, to relieve the acute onsets by drugs sour and sweet in taste, to expel wind and stop spasm, to ac- tivate the spleen and resolve the phlegm for stopping the source of phlegm, to clear heat and resolve toxicity, to nourish Yin and moist lung.
