摘要
目的:比较乳腺增生病患者增生肿块与期门穴体表红外辐射光谱的差异。方法:采用高灵敏度PHE201体表红外光谱仪,检测68名乳腺增生病患者乳腺增生肿块1.5~16}xm波段的体表红外辐射光谱并与自身左右期门穴对照。结果:乳腺增生病患者乳腺增生肿块与左右期门穴的体表红外辐射光谱形态基本一致,但左右期门穴红外辐射强度均高于增生肿块,在检测的59个波长中,分别有48个和49个波长有显著性差异(P=0.000~0.037)。结论:乳腺增生患者期门穴红外辐射强度高于增生肿块,可能与形成乳腺增生的病理相关。
Objective: To compare the body surface infrared radiation spectrum of hyperplastic tissues with point LR14 of patients with hyperplasia of mammary gland. Methods : A high sensitivity PHE201 body surface infrared spectrograph was used to detect 1.5 - 16μm infrared radiation spectrum of hyperplastic tissues and both left and right LR14 of 68 patients with hyperplasia of mammary gland. Results : The shapes of infrared radiation spectrum of hyperplastic tissues and both sides LR14 are similar in the patients with hyperplasia of mammary gland. But the infrared radiation intensity of both left and right LR14 is higher than the hyperplastic tissues. There are significant differences in 48 and 49 wavelengths a-mong 59 detected wavelengths ( P = 0.1300 - 0. 037 ). Conclusion :The infrared radiation intensity of both left and right LR14 is higher than the hyperplastic tissues in the patients with hyperplasia of mammary gland, which probably relates with the pathology of hyperplasia of mammary gland.
