摘要
以新疆玛纳斯河水资源规划为例，运用系统工程的思想、方法和计算机技术，分析研究和建立水资源规划模型，形成多组动态优化方案集。使其流域水资源规划系统化、科学化。
Citing the water resource planning in MaNaSe River of Xingjiang in illustration and using the idea and method of system engineering and computer technology,the auther analyses and establishes the model of the water resource planning in this paper,providing multiple,dynamic and optimal plans,so as to make the valley water resource planning more systematic,standardized, scientifice and dynamical.
