摘要
垃圾填埋场中微生物种类和数量与垃圾的降解有密切关系。本文综述了填埋场内垃圾降解的影响因素，分析了其中微生物种类和数量及其相互关系，提出了甲烷细菌的活性指标，得出了以下结论：在填埋场内，甲烷八叠球菌是优势菌种，辅酶Ｆ４２０可以作为甲烷细菌的活性指标。
Types and quantity of microorganism in landfills have close relation with degradation of refuse.This paper discussed influence factors of refuse degradation,analysed the types and quantity of microorganism and the relations between them,proposed the activity index of methanogenic bacteria.The conclusions Could be drawn that,within landfills ,methanosarcina is the dominant bacteria,co enzyme can be used as activity index of methanogenic bacteria.
