摘要
经济效果评价是项目后评价的主要内容之一。利用项目后评价的理论和方法,分析了扬子石化苯乙烯改造项目经济效果。实证分析表明,该项目给扬子石化公司来了巨大的经济利益,但本文的分析仍然存在一定的差距。
The economical effect appraisal is one of main contents in the post-project appraisal.This article makes use of the measures and the theory of the post-project to evaluate the economical effect of the Yangzi petrochemical project.The empirical result shows that the project has great profit.But this article has some differences.
