摘要
以活性炭为吸附催化剂,二氧化氯为氧化剂对精对苯二甲酸废水进行了催化氧化试验。结果表明:在pH为3~4、反应时间为45min、活性炭投加量15g/500mL、1%的二氧化氯加入量5mL/500mL时,催化氧化效果最佳。COD去除率保持在约46%。活性炭经多次使用,但COD去除率未见明显降低。
PTA wastewater was treated in catalytic oxidation experiment with activated carbon (CA) as adsoption catalyst and chlorine dioxide as oxidant. The results showed that under the conditions ofpH 3-4, reaction time 45 min, CA dosage 15g/500mL, 1% chlorine dioxide dosage 5mL/500mL, the catalytic oxidation had optimal effect; a COD removal rate kept at about 46%; after CA was used for many times, COD removal rate lowered not obviously.
