摘要
目前,随着物流行业的兴起,我国对物流园区的规划与建设也逐渐增多。但是,对物流园区规划的综合评价却很少,仓促建设,盲目投资,最终,园区建成后空置率高,造成极大的浪费。论文通过建立三角模糊数和一种新标度层次分析法的模型,消除主观判断的模糊性,定量与定性因素相结合,对园区规划中的因素逐层排序,最后综合评价物流园区规划方案,比较各方案的优劣。
These days,with the rising of logistics,our logistics parks are planned and built more than before.But the comprehensive evaluation of logistics park planning is spare.Blind building and investing ultimately results in extra waste.In this paper,a model based on triangular number and AHP of a new scale is given,which is used to evaluate logistics park planning,corresponding with both subjective elements and quantitative elements.The order of elements relating logistics park planning is made,through using the model.So we can identify the most important element and the best scheme.
