摘要
城市化进程中的耕地保护问题日益成为人们关注的焦点。本文在深入分析中国城市化的制度背景和中国耕地保护制度变迁过程的基础上,深刻阐明中国的耕地保护已经刻不容缓,并针对中国快速城市化进程中耕地保护的严峻形势提出了严格管理、节约用地、土地整理等应对措施。
It becomes a focus to protect arable lands during Chinese urbanization. This paper, based on system background of Chinese urbanization and transition process of arable land protection, illustrates that it is now crucial to protect arable lands, and present some approaches to arable land protection during rapid urbanization, that is, strictly management, land saving, and land consolidation.
