摘要
研究了聚乙烯蜡、硬脂酸锌和硅烷偶联剂对酞菁蓝颜料分散性能的影响,并对色母粒的耐候性进行了考察。结果表明聚乙烯蜡用量为颜料用量的0.5倍时,分散效果较好,耐候老化前后颜色色差变化小,耐候性能较好;加入硬脂酸锌进一步改善了颜料的分散效果,但硬脂酸锌用量增加,色差变化大,耐候性变差;采用硅烷偶联剂对酞菁蓝颜料颗粒进行表面处理,改善了颜料的分散性,其中长链硅烷效果较好,而且色母粒的耐候性和草丝断裂拉力有显著改善。草丝的拉伸断面扫描电镜(SEM)分析表明,硅烷偶联剂对酞菁蓝颜料的分散起到了促进作用。
The effects of polyethylene wax, zinc stearate and silane coupling agent on the dispersibility of phthalocyanine blue pigment were studied, and the weatherability of the color masterbatch was investigated. The resuits showed when the content of polyethylene wax was 0.5 times of that of pigment, the dispersibility was pretty good, and the colour deterioration before and after ageing test was little, the weatherability was good. The addition of zinc stearate further improved the dispersibility of the pigment, but with the increase of the content of zinc stearate, the colour deterioration increased, and the weatherability degraded. The surface treatment of phthalocyanine blue pigmer.t particle by silane coupling agent could improve the dispersibility of the pigment, the effect of long-chain silane was better, with obvious improvement of the weatherability of the color masterbatch and tensile strength of the artificial turf. The SEM results of the microstructure of the tensile failure section of the turf indicated silane coupling agent had good effect on the dispersibility of the pigment.
