摘要
高新技术产业在推动产业结构升级及国民经济发展中的作用日益凸现,高新技术企业的发展显得越来越重要,但其融资能力有限,发展受阻。基于此本文从企业规模及资产结构、融资成本、融资渠道、盈利能力与成长性、R&D的不同发展时期及投资未来预期等方面对影响高新技术企业融资能力的因素进行了分析,以资拓宽高新技术企业的融资渠道。
The function of High - tech industry on oh＇lying up industry structure and development of national economy emerges out day by day, the development of High -tech enterprise appears more important, but its financing ability is insufficiency. At the base of this, The paper analyses many factors which influencing High - tech enterprise＇ s financing ability, such as dimension and asset structure, cost for financing, trench for financing, ability of payoff and growth character, R＆D of different development period and future anticipation about investment, looking forward to broadening trench for financing of High - tech enterprise.
