社会主义新农村建设是一项全新的庞大的系统工程。各地实际情况的差异决定了新农村建设具有不同的路径,也决定了进行绩效评估采用的指标和指标权重会有所不同。
Building a new socialist countryside is a new and systemic project. The differences between every area determine the different paths on building a new socialist countryside. And the indicator system of performance evaluation is different.
