摘要
利用新型农村合作医疗报告系统数据和在4省7县开展的家庭卫生服务调查数据,介绍了四年来我国新型农村合作医疗制度建设取得的成绩。同时,新型农村合作医疗也面临一些挑战:探索建立稳定的筹资机制;需要注意潜在的财务风险;形成科学规范的统筹补偿方案;规范商业医疗保险公司参与新型农村合作医疗基金运作和管理。
By analyzing the database of new type rural cooperative medical system （RCMS） and a household study conducted in 7 counties from 4 provinces, the paper introduces the achievements of RCMS in China. At present, RCMS is facing new challenge, including to exploit a sustainable financing mechanism; to pay attention on the potential financial risk; to adjust and improve the design of RCMS and inform a scientific and standardized compensation scheme; in some areas, the commercial insurance companies have been involved in the financial management of RCMS, it should be further standardization,
