不同变质程度煤粉的低温光催化反应性 被引量:5

Reactivity of Different Rank Coal Powders in UV Catalytic Photooxidation

摘要 在自制的固定床光催化氧化反应器上,测定不同煤阶的超细煤粉光催化氧化失重量变化,气体产物组成,氧化残渣溶胀度变化和形貌变化等参数,表征了煤粉的光催化氧化反应性.结果表明:超细煤粉的低温光催化氧化反应活性从强到弱顺序依次为:低阶煤(Cdaf<81.75%),高阶煤(Cdaf=92.42%),中阶煤(81.75%<Cdaf<88.31%).煤粉光催化氧化后,释放的气体主要是CO2,其次是CO,含有少量的CH4和微量的C2H4等烯烃气体;长焰煤和无烟煤的溶胀度显著增加,褐煤和贫煤变化不大;煤粉颗粒的轮廓变得较为模糊.随光催化氧化时间的增加,煤粉光催化氧化反应性减弱. In a self-made fixed catalytic photooxidation reactor, the reactivity of different ultrafine coal powder in UV catalytic photooxidation was characterized by weightlessness, gas products components, the swelling ratios and variety in coal granular shape. The results indicate that the activity order of reactivity of ultra-fine coal powder from strong to weak is as follows. low-rank coal ( Cdaf 〈 81. 75%), high-rank coal(Cdaf = 92.42%), middle-rank coal (81.75% Cdaf 〈 88. 31%). The gas products are mainly composed of CO2 and CO, coupled with little CH4and C2 H4. The swelling ratios of long-flame coal and anthracite increased evidently, while that of lignite and meagre coal almost did not change. Meanwhile, the outline of coal grain become dim. The reactivity of coal powders gradually decreased with the increasing of photooxidation time.
