摘要
对切削振动信号的分析是研究切削优化方案的重要手段。文中提出了一种小波包改进算术的应用方法,不但可在提取切削振动信号时明显减少强大干扰信号的影响,而且也避免了Mallat算法所带来的信号混叠,具有很强的实用价值。
The analysis of eutting vibration is one of the important methods of optimization in cutting research. An improved wavelet pack algorithm indicated in this paper can achieve the avoidance of signal blend due Io the Mallat Algorithm. It will reduce the effect of signals of disturbance during the acqirement of eutting vibration signals obvoiuslv, the application of which has a remarkable prospect.
