冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者冠状动脉造影特点分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者冠状动脉造影特点。方法:选择经冠状动脉造影检查确诊为冠心病的患者380例,其中合并2型糖尿病者36例(糖尿病组),随机选择单纯冠心病患者50例(对照组),对两组患者冠状动脉造影特点进行分析比较。结果:糖尿病组病变血管比例较高,2支或3支血管病变发生率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),C型病变比例亦显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者冠状动脉受累血管病变比例高且较严重。 Objective: To study the coronary angiographical characterictics in coronary heart disease (CHD) with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Method: The data from selective coronary angiography were compared between the CHD patients with and without T2DM. Result: The CHD patients with T2DM had more frequencies of dyslipidemia and silent ischemia. More CHD patients with T2DM suffered from severe coronary stenosis than those without T2DM. Conclusion: The CHD patients with T2DM have much great extent of coronay artery involvement,more diffuse vascular lesion.
