摘要
给出了以AT89C2051为核心,利用单片机的运算和控制功能,并采用串口液晶显示模块实时显示所测流速和流量的涡轮流量计设计方案。同时,该方案还提供了可以更改流量计参数的功能,根据不同的油料采取不同的参数适应相应的变化,使油速和油量的测量的精确性得到了很大的提高。该方案由于使用了串口液晶显示模块和E2PROM,因而可在节约系统资源的基础上保证测量精度和系统实时性。
A turbine flowmeter based on processor AT89C2051 is designed, By making full use of single chip's ability to calculate and control , the volume and speed of oil can be displayed instantly on liquid crystal display with serial data transfer. At the same time, the parameter of the turbine flowmeter can be changed so that the precision of the oil measurement can be promoted. It can economize system resources and meet the needs of high accuracy and short measuring time.
