摘要
"思"是人体对外界事物的认知,是中医情志活动的重要组成部分。思志过激的致病作用在古代文献中就有论述。择取《临证指南医案》中"思"志致病的病案,对其疾病种类、病机、诊断及治疗进行分析,并指出应加强"思"志致病研究重要性的认识。
Deliberation is the cognition of human being for external object, which is the main component of the emotion activity in traditional Chinese medicine. Pathogenic effect of over-deliberation has been discussed in ancient literatures. We select cases of deliberation-caused disease and analyse the category,pathogenesis, diagnosis and therapy of the disease in medical records as a guide to clinical work. Eventually the importance of study on deliberation-caused disease is emphasised.
