摘要
目的观察消食醒脾开胃散治疗小儿厌食症的临床疗效。方法150例患儿随机分为两组,治疗组83例采用中药消食醒脾开胃散治疗,对照组67例服用多酶片和葡萄糖酸锌口服液治疗,观察两组疗效和治疗前后食量、体质量、血红蛋白的变化并进行比较。结果治疗组治愈58例(占69.9%),好转23例(占27.7%),未愈2例(占3.4%),总有效率97.6%;对照组治愈30例(占44.8%),好转26例(占38.8%),未愈11例(占16.4%),总有效率83.6%。结论采用消食醒脾开胃散治疗小儿厌食症疗效明显优于多酶片和葡萄糖酸锌口服液,有较好的临床应用价值。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Xiaoshi Xingpi Kaiwei Powder for children anorexia. Methods 150 cases were divided into two groups randomly. The treatment group （83 cases） treated by Xiaoshi Xingpi Kaiwei Powder, while the control group was taken Polyzyme Tablets and Zinc Gluconate oral liquid. Compared the therapeutic effect and the appetite, weight, hemoglobin before and after treated. Results The total rate in the treatment group was 97.6 %, that was 83.6 % in the control group. Conclusion The curative effect of Xiaoshi Xingpi Kaiwei Powder for children anorexia is superior to Polyzyme Tablets and Zinc Gluconate oral liquid, which has better clinic use value.
