摘要
研究开发人员由于其所从事的创造性工作的特殊性,使得他们在行为上表现出不同于一般个体的行为特征,这些特征不仅影响到对研发人员的管理方式,而且还影响到能够吸引和留住研发人员的激励方式。从分析研发人员的行为特征入手,通过对激励问题的经济学和管理学解释,探讨了构建企业研究开发人员有效激励机制的措施和途径。
Because of the particularity of the creative work that research staffs are engaged in,they act out their own characteristics,which are quite different from ordinary individuals.These characteristics not only affect the managing way for research staffs,but also influence the encouragement ways to attract them and keep them.Based on the analysis of staffs' behavior features,the measures and approaches of constructing effective encouraging mechanism of research staffs in enterprises are explored by the explanation of the economics and management of encouragement problems.
