摘要
1名46岁女性带状庖疹患者和1名22岁男性行胸腔闭式引流术后患者,均因疼痛难忍,服用曲马多100mg,2次/d,治疗1～2d后,患者出现尿频,每日多达20～30次,日尿量明显增多。查体和尿常规检查未见异常,停用曲马多后,患者尿频症状消失。
A 46-year-old woman with herpes zoster and a 22-year-old man with post-closed thoracic drainage received tramadol 100 mg twice daily for unbearable pain. After 1 to 2 days of administration, they developed urinary frequency as marly as 20 to 30 times every day. Their total urine volume per day increased obviously. Physical examination and urine routine test found no abnormality. After the cessation of tramadol, their urinary frequency disappeared .
