肖厝口岸蜚蠊种群密度及季节消长的调查 被引量:3

摘要 〔目的〕掌握肖厝口岸蜚蠊的本底资料,为今后开展口岸卫生监督与媒介控制提供科学依据。〔方法〕2006年1-12月采用盒式诱捕法对肖厝口岸蜚蠊的密度指数、种群构成以及季节消长情况进行调查。〔结果〕本次调查共布放有效诱捕盒592只,捕获各种蜚蠊610只,经鉴定隶属2科2属4种,具体为美洲大蠊、澳洲大蠊、褐斑大蠊、德国小蠊。其中德国小蠊为优势种,占捕获蜚蠊总数的52.46%。蜚蠊全年平均密度为1.03只/盒,全年只有1个高峰期,为8月份,其密度为2.61只/盒,为全年的蜚蠊繁殖生长的高峰期。〔结论〕肖厝口岸蜚蠊密度相对较低,种群构成相对简单,蜚蠊密度消长与气温的高低有密切的相关关系(r=0.8592,tr=5.3103,P﹤0.001)。每年的8月份是防治蜚蠊的最好时机,尤其在港区某粮油工业公司、与港区连接部的某餐馆、港区食堂3个蜚蠊密度相对较高的调查点,要经常对存放的食物及有利于蜚蠊生长及藏匿的场所进行清理,定期采用药物杀灭,破坏其生长繁殖环境,这是防治蜚蠊的必要措施。 Objective To investigate the background information of cockroaches, and to provide scientific basis for future hygiene inspection and medium control at port. Method From Jan.2006 to Dec.2006 the lure-box was used to investigate the density, species and seasonal growth and decline of cockroaches at Xiaocuo port. Result Out of 592 valid lure-boxes, 610 cockroaches of different families were caught, has been All were identified, belonging to 4 species, 2 genera and 2 families. They were respectively Periplaneta Americana Linnaeus, Periplaneta Australiasiae Fabricius, Periplaneta brunnea Burmeister, Blsttella. Blsttella germanica Linnaeus was dominanting species, accounting for 52.46%. There was one population increase in the whole year, the peak of which was August. The density in August was 2.61. Conclusion The density of the cockroach at Xiaocuo port is relatively low. The composition of species is relatively simple as well. There is a close relationship between the seasonal growth and decline of the cockroach and the changes of temperature(r = 0.8592, tr= 5.3103,P 〈 0.001 ). It is the best occasion to prevent and wipe out the cockroach in August and it is the most effective to undertake the job in places where their density is relatively high. To wipe out the cockroach, it is necessary to improve enviromental Sanitation of a certain Food & Oil Industrial Company, a restaurant close to the port and the dining hall at Xiaocuo port.
