川芎嗪联合参麦注射液救治肺原性心脏病心力衰竭疗效观察 被引量:4

Observation on therapeutic effect of tetramethylpyrazine and “shen mai” injection in treatment of heart failure due to cor pulmonale

摘要 目的:观察川芎嗪联合参麦注射液治疗肺原性心脏病(肺心病)心力衰竭(心衰)的疗效方法。方法:应用川芎嗪联合参麦注射液治疗肺心病心衰42例(治疗组),与应用常规西药强心利尿方法治疗的40例(对照组)作对比。结果:治疗组显效率为54.76%,总有效率为92.86%;对照组显效率为32.50%,总有效率为77.50%。2组疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗前后全血比粘度、血浆比粘度及红细胞电泳时间均有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。2组治疗后PaO2和PaCO2均得到改善(P<0.05~0.01),且治疗组明显优于对照组。治疗组治疗后1秒率(FEV1%)和最大换气量(MVV)均明显改善(P均<0.01)。结论:本疗法明显优于西药组,具有改善血液流变性、提高PaO2、FEV1%、MVV,降低PaCO2等作用(P<0.05~0.01),有救治率高、起效快、副作用小等特点。 Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects of tetramethylpyrazine combined “shen mai” injection in treatment of heart failure induced by cor pulmonale.Methods:Fortytwo cases were treated with tetramethylpyrazine combined with “shen mai” injection and compared to 40 cases with conventional western medicine(cardiac and diuretic drug).Results:The obvious effective rate was 54 76% and total effective rate was 92 86% in treatment group,while they were 32 50% and 77 50% respectively in control group.There was obvious difference between two groups( P <0 05).In the treatment group,there were significant differences in blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and the time of red blood cell electrophoresis before and after treatment (all P <0 05), and forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV 1%) and maximus voluntary ventilation (MVV) were improved after treatment (both P <0 01).Also,PaO 2 and PaCO 2 were improved significantly in the treatment group than in controls( P <0 05~0 01).Conclusions:The results show that therapeutic effect of tetramethylpyrazine combined “shen mai” injection is obvious superior to western medicine.In addition,it can improve hemorrheology,raise PaO 2,FEV 1% and MVV and decrease PaCO 2 ( P <0 05~0 01).It is presented some characteristic,such as high survival rate,initial cure quickly and lower sideeffect.
