摘要
目的：正确评价参麦注射液治疗心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法：观察８２例心力衰竭患者，其中治疗组６２例采用参麦注射液合西医综合疗法治疗，对照组２０例单用西医综合疗法治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率和显效率分别为９５．２％和６７．７％，对照组分别为７０．０％和３５．０％，２组间均有非常显著性差异（Ｐ均＜０．０１）。另外，治疗组能明显降低平均心功能级数，改善血液流变学和微循环指标，２组比较有显著或非常显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５～０．０１）。结论：参麦注射液是治疗心力衰竭较有效的药物。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical curable effect of “shen mai” injection (SMI) in treating heart failure (HF).Methods:Eightytwo HF cases were divided into two groups.Sixtytwo cases were administered with SMI combined with the western medicine composite treatment as treatment group.Twenty cases were treated with western medicine composite treatment alone as control group.Results:The total effective rate and remarkable effective rate in the treatment group were 95 2% and 67 7% respectively,whereas in the control group were 70 0% and 35 0% respectively.The differences between two groups were highly significant (all P <0 01).On the other hand,the treatment group could effectively reduce the mean cardiac functional grade and improve the indexes of the blood hemorrheology and microcirculation.There were remarkable or even remarkable differences between two groups( P <0 05～0 01).Conclusions:SMI is an effective therapeutic remedy for HF.
