摘要
目的：探讨脉络宁注射液合用能量合剂治疗老年冠心病心绞痛的效果。方法：８０例老年冠心病心绞痛患者中，４０例采用脉络宁注射液（３０ｍｌ）加能量合剂（１０％葡萄糖５００ｍｌ加ＡＴＰ４０ｍｇ、辅酶Ａ１００Ｕ）治疗，每日１次，２周为１个疗程（治疗组）；另４０例仅采用能量合剂和消心痛治疗（对照组）。结果：治疗组总有效率为９０．０％，对照组为７０．０％，２组有显著性差异（χ２＝８．４，Ｐ＜０．０５）。此外，治疗组治疗后血液流变学指标改善，血脂水平下降。结论：脉络宁注射液联用能量合剂对治疗老年冠心病心绞痛具有协同作用。
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of “mai luo ning” injection and energy mixture on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods:Forty cases of angina pectoris of senile CHD were treated with “mai luo ning” injection (30 ml) associated with energy mixture (ATP 40 mg and CoA 100 U in 10% glucose injection 500 ml) for QD and 2 weeks as one course (treatment group).In addition,40 cases were treated with energy mixture and sorbitrate (control group).Results:The total effective rate was 90 0% in treatment group and 70 0% in control group respectively.There was significant difference between two groups (χ 2=8 4, P <0 05).At the same time,the hemorrheologic parameters were improved and the level of serum lipid was decreased after therapy in the treatment group.Conclusions:There is a synergistic action of “mai luo ning” injection and energy mixture in the treatment of angina pectoris of senile CHD.
