摘要
随着电力市场的发展,发电厂实时、准确地处理电力市场和调度生产信息成为其系统建设和信息管理的重点。为此,提出了建设发电厂调度综合信息平台的建议,并对基于J2EE和XML技术开发实现调度综合信息平台的技术方案进行了探讨,说明了数据采集、数据共享和数据服务、系统应用安全等平台实现技术,介绍了该信息平台与交易中心接口和电厂内部系统信息集成的应用模式。实际应用证明该系统具有可扩展性和高可靠性。
With the development of electricity market, real-time and accurate processing of the information of electricity market, dispatching and production has become the key point of the system construction and information management of a power plant. This paper presents the design and realization of power plant dispatching integration information platform, Several application techniques are discussed, such as data collection, XML technology, J2EE technology, data sharing, data service and the security of system. It also describes the interface mode between the platform and the exchange center, and the application mode of information integration in the power plant. Practical applications show that the system is of extensibility and high dependability.
