摘要
目的：观察低能量氦氖（ＨｅＮｅ）激光血管内照射法（ＩＬＩＢ）对脑梗塞患者的治疗效果。方法：观察３０例脑梗塞患者ＩＬＩＢ治疗１个疗程前后的脉象、静脉回流血颜色以及血液流变学的变化。选取患者阳溪、孔最、手三里或三阴交等穴位附近处较粗大静脉（直径＞２ｍｍ），穿刺后先使置留针回血管内充满血液，再进行激光血管内照射，每日１次，１０次为１个疗程。结果：３０例脑梗塞患者ＩＬＩＢ治疗１个疗程前后脉象、静脉回流血颜色以及血液流变学各项指标的变化均有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１、Ｐ＜０．０５及Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：ＩＬＩＢ对脑梗塞患者具有确切疗效。其疗效从经络学方面解释，可能与络脉放血疗法与ＩＬＩＢ有机结合有关。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of low energy HeNe intravascular laser irradiation blood(ILIB) on cerebral infarction.Methods:The changes of pulse manifestation,venablood colour and hemorrheologic parameters were observed before and after treatment with ILIB for one course in 30 cases with cerebral infarction.It was taken to select the thick vessel (diameter>2 mm) passing or nearby the acupuncture points,such as yangxi(LI 5),kongzui(LU 6),shousanli(LI 10 ) or san yinjiao(SP 6) ,to irradiate on blood with HeNe laser,one time every day and ten days as one therapy course.Results:There were obvious differences in pulse manifestation,venablood colour and hemorrheologic parameters before and after treatment with ILIB for one course ( P <0 01, P <0 05, P <0 01 respectively) in 30 cases with cerebral infarction.Conclusions:It suggests that ILIB is an effective mode for treating cerebral infarction.According to the meridianology theory,its mechanism might be related with integration of network vessel blood letting therapy and ILIB.
