摘要
综合化经营作为国际银行业发展的主流模式,是国内经济金融发展的必然要求,为中国商业银行积极实践综合化经营提供了必要和可能。金融控股公司是综合化经营的重要形式,相对于全能银行和母子公司制银行两种方式更具有相对优势,应成为我国商业银行综合化经营的组织模式。
As the mainstream pattern of the development of international banking industry and the inevitable requirement of the financial development in China, integrated management provides the necessity and possibility for the Chinese commercial banks. Being the main form of integrated management, financial holding company gains comparative advantages over all-round banks and parent-subsidiary banks., Therefore, it is supposed to be the organization mode of the ＂integrated management of commercial banks in China.
