摘要
高校科技信息的网络化管理是一个必然的发展趋势。本文通过与传统科技信息管理的对比,分析了基于Web的科技信息管理的优势。在此基础上,介绍了基于Web的科技信息管理系统的体系结构、系统权限设置和工作流程,并详细描述了该系统中的三层结构设计。
It is an inevitable development tendency that the science and technology information is of higher education institution managed with network. Compared with traditional management of science and technology information, this paper analyzes the advantage of web based management. Furtherly, introduced are the system structure, the power setting and the flow of work, and described in detail is the design of three-layer structure of the system.
