摘要
目的探讨首乌降压胶囊对肾性高血压模型大鼠尿中IgG、α1-微球蛋白(α1-MG)和β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)含量的影响及首乌降压胶囊降压作用机制。方法采用二肾一夹(2K1C)法复制肾性高血压大鼠模型,观察尿中IgG、α1-MG、β2-MG的含量。结果治疗后血压首高组、首低组和卡托组均显著低于模型组,有显著差异(P<0.01,P<0.05,P<0.001);模型组、首高组、首低组与卡托组尿中IgG、α1-MG、β2-MG含量与假手术组比较升高,有显著性差异(P<0.05~0.001);首高组、首低组、卡托组尿中IgG、α1-MG含量与模型组相比下降,差异显著(P<0.001)。结论高血压病可以引起肾功能损害,首乌降压胶囊有降压和保护高血压病肾功能的作用。
Objective To observe the effect of Shouwujiangya (SWJY) capsule on blood pressure, urinary content of immune globulin G (IgG), α1-microglobulin (α1-MG) and β2-microglobulin (β2-MG) of the renal hypertension rats (RHR). Methods To prepare RHR model by 2K1C and observe the urinary content of IgG, α1-MG and β2-MG. Results The blood pressure of high dose SWJY capsule group, low dose SWJY capsule group and captoril group was significantly lower than the model group (P〈0.01, P〈0.05, P〈0.001). Comparing with the data of fake surgery group, the urinary content of IgG, α1-MG and β2-MG of others group's increased (P〈0.05~0.001). Comparing with the model group, the urinary content of IgG and α1-MG in high dose SWJY capsule group, low dose SWJY capsule group and captoril group decreased (P〈0.001). Conclusions The hypertension can bring renal damage. SWJY capsule can validity decrease the blood pressure and protect the renal from damage.
