摘要
目的对川苏救心软胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛心血瘀阻证的临床疗效及用药安全性作出评价,并探讨其作用机制。方法本研究纳入冠心病心绞痛心血瘀阻证患者58例,随机分为试验组和对照组(各29例)。试验组口服川苏救心软胶囊,对照组口服硝酸异山梨酯片。结果2组疗前情况比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),疗后试验组与对照组在心绞痛疗效、心电图疗效、硝酸甘油停减率方面比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗前后血、尿、便常规及肝、肾功能无明显差异(P>0.05),未发现有指标明显异常者。川苏救心软胶囊可改善血液流变学指标(降低全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞压积),抑制血小板功能(降低血栓素B2,升高6-酮-前列腺素F1α),保护血管内皮(降低内皮素、升高一氧化氮)。结论川苏救心软胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛心血瘀阻证有确切疗效,且安全可靠。
Objective To expolre the mechanism of Chuansu Oiuxin Capsule in treating blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease patients with angina pectoris by evaluating the efficiency and safety of Chuansu Jiuxin Capsule. Methods 58 patients of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris which belong to the syndrome of blood stasis in collateral of heart were enrolled and divided into two groups （test group 29 cases and control group 29 cases）. The test group was given Chuansu Jiuxin Capsule and the control group was given ISDN. Results Baseline data of test group and control group was parable （P〉0.05）. As to the total efficiency rate of AP, ECG and decrease rate of nitroglycerine at end-point, there was no significant difference between test group and control group （P〉0.05）. Compared with baseline data, there was no abnormally data of blood routine test, urine routine test, feces routine test and ALT, BUN, Cr （P〉0.05）. Chuansu Jiuxin Capsule could improve haemorheology （mainly act on blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and HCT）, degrade platelet function （increase TXB2 level and decrease 6-keto-PGF1α level） and protect endothelia （increase ET and decrease NO level）. Concluslons Chuansu Jiuxin Capsule was effective and safe for the treatment on AP patients with syndrome of blood stasis in collateral of heart.
