摘要
当前,我国民俗体育文化发展存在民众缺乏文化自觉、缺乏对传统体育文化的保护意识、国家保护的法律不健全、理论研究相对滞后等问题,表现在有些地方对其过度开发,片面追求经济价值,忽视人文价值及对其保护。针对这些问题,宜从民俗学的视角探讨制约中华民俗体育发展的主要因素,建议从加快相关配套的法制建设、明确其法律地位、加强自上而下金字塔式的政府主导机制、完善管理体制、加强理论研究和宣传力度等方面入手,唤醒民众对中华体育文化的文化自觉,达到对其保护和发展的目的。
In the current development of Chinese folk sports culture there are such problems as people＇ s lack of cultural self - consciousness and protection awareness of traditional sports and culture. The state＇ s law to protect it is not complete, and the theoretical research lags behind. These problems perform its over - exploitation in some places, pursuing its economic value, and ignoring its humane value and its protection. In view of these problems, this article explores the main factors that restricted the development of Chinese folk sports from the perspective of folklore, and advances that we should accelerate the construction of the legal system to clarify its legal status, strengthen the pyramid -style top- down government- led mechanism, improve the management system, enhance its theoretical research and advocacy efforts, and try to wake up people＇ s cultural self - consciousness to Chinese folk sports culture. In this way we can make the achievement of protecting and developing Chinese folk sports culture.
