摘要
文章利用衰减全反射(Attenuated-Total-Internal-Reflection)结构对高阶波导模具有强的波长选择特性制作一种滤波器。在实验中,通过优化器件参数得到了带宽只有0.4nm的窄带滤波器。该光电子器件,具有全新的器件结构,不存在光能量的传输损耗,插入损耗很低,且采用的是非线性有机聚合物为功能材料,合成方便,制备工艺简单,成本低廉。
A novel kind of filter is fabricated in this paper by utlizing the character that the high order guided modes in the attenuated total internal reflection are highly wavelenght dependent. By optimizing the parameter of the device, a narrow band filter with a 0.4nm bandwidth is obtained. The demonstrated optoelectronic device has a very low insert loss because of the novel structure results in no transmission loss of the light energy. At the same time, the fabrication is very easy in consistent with a low cost because of the usage of nonlinear orgnanic polymer as a functional material, the synthesis of which is also very convenient.
