摘要
研究了锰离子对冠毒素产生菌Y57生长和产冠毒素的影响,结果表明,在培养基中添加适量锰离子可促进菌株的生长及其冠毒素产量提高,锰离子适宜浓度为1.5 mmol/L,可使冠毒素产量提高38%。
The effect of Mn^2+ on the growth and coronatine yield was studied. The result showed that cell growth and coronatine production could be stimulated by adding Mn^2+ in the culture medium. The feasible concentration of Mn^2+ was 1.5 mmol/L, which increased coronatine by 38%.
