胎儿脐血染色体分析在产前诊断中的应用 被引量：16

摘要 目的探讨胎儿脐血染色体分析在产前诊断中的应用价值。方法对孕周23-38w,具有脐带血穿刺指征者182例,行脐带血穿刺术进行染色体核型分析。结果182例脐血,培养成功180例,培养成功率98.90%。培养成功的180例脐血中,发现异常19例,异常率10.56%。有异常超声波检查结果者109例,发现异常12例,异常率11.01%。异常核型中仍以三体型为主,占68.4%。结论胎儿脐带血穿刺术及染色体分析是产前诊断的重要技术之一,可以满足大孕周的孕妇进行产前诊断的需要,胎儿畸形与染色体异常核型密切相关。
