锌与锌合金镀层三价铬钝化的优越性分析 被引量:6

摘要 三价铬钝化的防锈性能不仅能够达到甚至可以超过六价铬钝化的水平,在耐高温性方面分析了锌和锌合金镀层三价铬钝化和六价铬钝化的优劣,三价铬钝化满足特种力学性能方面还要明显的优于六价铬钝化。三价铬经封闭钝化后,装饰效果、力学性能和抗腐蚀能力会有所提高。 The performance of corrosion resistance of tri-chrome passivation has not only reached or exceeds the level of chrome, but also is obviously better than chrome in temperature resistance, zinc alloy passivation, and satisfying some special mechanical demand. By using trichrome passivation with top-coat, the decorating, mechanical performance and corrosion resistance will be all improved.
