摘要
研究了45#钢表面两种防护层的结合性能和耐蚀性能。结果表明:有机玻璃防护层的结合强度较硅酸盐玻璃的高;随着制备温度和保温时间的增加,硅酸盐玻璃防护层的结合强度先上升后下降,而有机玻璃防护层的结合强度上升后不再变化。冷却方式对硅酸盐玻璃防护层结合强度的影响很大,而对有机玻璃防护层的结合强度无影响。有机玻璃防护层的防腐蚀性能优于硅酸盐玻璃防护层。
Adhesion performance and corrosion resistance properties of two kinds of protective layers on 45# steel were researched. Results indicate that plexiglass protective layers have better adhesion than silicate protective layers; with the increasing of temperature and holding time, adhesion of silicate protective layers is going up at first and then down, while that of plexiglass rises at first and then don't change; cooling mode has great influence on adhesion of silicate protective layers, while it has no impact on that of plexiglass; plexiglass protective layers have better anticorrosion property than silicate protective layers.
