摘要
试验研究了木质纤维素的热解特性,并对其热解过程进行了分析。结果表明,纤维素在不同升温速率下的热解分为3个阶段:水分的析出、挥发分的析出以及固定炭的生成。纤维素热解是一级反应过程,根据积分法中的Coats和Redfern法对试验数据处理可得到反应的动力学参数(活化能E,频率因子A)。
The thermogravimetric curves of cellulose were used to study the devolatilization characteristics of cellulose. The experimental results showed that there are three stages of weight lost under different rates. With thermogravimetric analyzer, the TG,DTG curves of cellulose can be obtained from tests. The pyrolysis reaction of cellulose is supposed to be a first order reaction, the mechanical equation of pyrolysis reaction and the kinetics parameter E and A were obtained.
