摘要
目的比较小川培养基和BacT/ALERT3D系统培养检测结核分枝杆菌结果的差异。方法对100份结核患者痰标本进行前处理后,分别用上述两种方法进行培养。结果两种方法的阳性率分别为28%、38%;阳性平均报告时间分别为28.3天、14.6天;污染率分别为3%、5%。结论3D系统培养法较小川培养法有更高的灵敏度和更快的检出时间,在加强无菌操作的情况下,3D系统可以取代小川培养法,作为结核杆菌培养检测的常规方法。
Objective To compare with the Tatsuji Ogawa cultivation and the BacT/ALERT 3D cultivation difference in detecting the Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Methods Sputum of 100 patients processed with Mycobacterium tuberculosis were cultivated by the two methods, respectively. Results The positive rates of the both cultivations were 28% and 38%, respectinely. The average days in positive result were 28.3 and 14.6, respectively; the rates of pollution were 3% and 5%, respectively. Conclusion Compared with the method of Tatsuji Ogawa cultivation, the method of BacT/ALERT 3D cultivation had higher sensitivity and shorter time detected. In enhance of aseptic technique, the BacT/ALERT 3D cultivation can replace the Tatsuji Ogawa cultivation and be as a routine detection method.
