摘要
禁止开山采石后,加强矿山环境恢复治理是促进资源合理开发利用与生态保护相协调的必然要求。结合南京市废弃露采矿山环境整治工作实践,在对该项工作现状进行充分调研的基础上,对矿山环境整治工作中存在的主要问题进行了分析,从政策层面和技术层面上对进一步做好废弃矿山环境整治工作进行了深入地思考和探索。
With the prohibition of mountain-excavating and quarrying, it is necessary to strengthen the work of environmental recovery and management. In order to promote the coordination of rational exploration and efficient utilization of resources and eco-environment protection, the authors shared the practical experience on environmental management of the disused open pit mines in Nanjing based on the comprehensive investigation on present work, and analyzed the main issues existed in environmental supervision. In addition, the authors also made instructive ideas and discussions on how to promote the environmental recovery and management in light of technique and policy
