摘要
提出了一种快速实用的叶轮机械叶片型线的设计方法.通过调整反映叶型中弧线和叶片厚度特征的12个参数,即可生成光滑的叶型.各个参数对叶型的控制作用十分方便、灵活.实例说明文中所采用的双三阶多项式模型能够很好地对叶轮机械叶型进行模拟.该设计方法与粘性数据值计算技术相结合,可以可靠地设计出高性能的叶型。
A pragmatical character parameter method for axial turbomachinery blade design is presented. Smooth profile can be generated by adjusting the 12 parameters which characterize its camber line and thickness. Each parameter can control the profile flexibly. Several examples have been cited to illustrate that the double 3rd order polynomial model can simulate the profile of turbomachinery balde with satisfied accuracy. Combined with viscous CFD, cascade of high performance may be designed dependably. It has great potential in the application to engineering design.
