摘要
通过建立及求解直流锅炉启动过程中工质侧、烟气侧及金属蓄热所遵循的数学模型,开发了能够模拟计算配有不同型式锅炉启动系统的直流锅炉由点火至负荷达35%锅炉最大连续蒸发量这一过程的计算机程序OTBSP.该程序能够优化锅炉启动系统设计及为运行人员提供最佳启动曲线.以石洞口第二电厂2号机组1993年7月6日的冷态启动为算例,全面比较了锅炉主要参数的程序OTBSP计算值与电厂测量值,结果表明二者相当一致,该程序是正确可靠的.
A computer program OTBSP is developed to simulated the once through boiler start up from light off to 35% maximum continuous evaporation by establishing and solving the start up mathematical model. The program can optimize the boiler start up system design and provide the optimizing start up curves. The program is used to simulate the Shidongkou Second Power Plant #2 unit cold start (July 6, 1993) as a means for its verification. The comparison shows that there is a close agreement between the calculated and measured values, and hence, demonstrates the reliability of the program.
