摘要
研制了一种新型的液-液旋流分离器.对影响旋流分离效率的各因素进行了详细的实验研究,分析了入口含油浓度、回流率和流量对分离效率的影响.所得结果表明,旋流分离方法适用于低密度差液-液两相的分离.
A new kind of hydrocyclone separator has been developed for separating liquid li quid mixtures. The effects on separation efficiency, such as inlet oil volume concentration, the split ratio and mass flow rate have been investigated in detail. The results show that the hydrocyclones are suitable for separating the small density difference liquid liquid two phase mixture.
