Survivin与Barrett食管、食管腺癌的关系研究进展

摘要
Barrett食管（barrett’s esophagus，BE）与食管腺癌（esophageal adenocarcinoma，EA）的发生密切相关．近年来二者的发生率逐渐升高，关于BE及EA发生的确切机制目前尚不清楚。肿瘤是一个多基因参与的与细胞周期紊乱和凋亡受阻密切相关的疾病。Survivin是近年来新发现的一种凋亡抑制因子．属于凋亡抑制蛋白（inhibitor of apoptosis protein，IAP）家族的新成员，是目前分子量最小的IAP蛋白。也是迄今发现的最强的凋亡抑制因子。
