摘要 1965年.Urist首次将脱钙骨基质植入动物非骨骼部位,成功地诱导了异位成骨,后来被命名为骨形成蛋白(BMP)。此后,BMP被广泛深入的研究,以修复各种骨创伤缺损和退行性疾病。直到1988年.随着分子克隆技术的发展及众多关于此蛋白研究.已证明其属于β转化生长因子超家族成员。目前,已经研究出BMP的分子遗传机制,并发现15种以上不同人重组BMP.其中以人重组BMP-2(rhBMP-2)诱骨活性最强,与其他rhBMP有协同作用,
